CONFIGURATION

  1. Allows “Auto Approval Settings”; like automatically approving the seller’s requests, product approval, and quantity approval
  2. Click on the “Product Terms” tab under the Other Settings; to manage the warehouse/location, product pricing, seller shop, and units of measure

  3. Click on the ‘Payment Terms’ Tab under Other Settings; set the global payment terms for all of your marketplace sellers.
  4. Click on the ‘Mail & Notifications’ Tab under Other Settings; Enable/Disable mail notifications for admins and sellers for different Marketplace Events like seller’s requests, product approval, new order, and quantity approval.
  5. Click on the ‘Website’ Tab under Other Settings; manage marketplace website view settings; like show/hide reviews and the count, marketplace landing page for customers, display recently added products, and so on.

Admin view

  1. Click on the Seller Dashboard tab for a quick peek at all the approvals.
  2. Go to the Sellers; from here you can view and manage the marketplace sellers
  3. Open any pending Seller request; approve or deny the request and after that edit seller settings as per your requirements.
  4. Enable the checkbox to Over-ride the seller’s default settings and after that set the terms as per your requirements.
  5. After that, go to the Seller Reviews under Sellers Tab to manage seller reviews and recommendations from customers.
  6. Now you can approve all the seller pending products approved by the “Approve Products” action on seller products.
  7. Now, you can publish, and unpublish products in bulk by “Unpublish” and “Publish” actions on seller products.
  8. Now, admin can mark bulk orders approved by clicking on the “Mark Approved” action.
  9. Under the Sales Tab, Go to “Orders” to manage the orders and sellers’ payment history from the sales tab only; Click on the “Approve” button to approve the order.
  10. Click on the “Pay to Seller” menu to make the payment and after that fill in the required details to pay the sellers
  11. Go to the “Seller Bills” to manage seller payments; On Addition, click on the “Ask For Credit Note” button if needed.
  12. Go to the “Product tab”; after that, you can create a new product and approve/disapprove the product request.
  13. Go to the Inventory; As a result, you can manage sellers’ inventory requests and view delivery orders for the marketplace.
  14. Email sent to sellers for less quantity alert notification.

Seller view

  1. Go to “Seller Dashboard”, where you can view products, orders, seller payments, and stock.
  2. Go to “My Profile” under the Sellers Tab to manage payment settings, shop policies, and profile page, and click on the “Request For Payment” tab to directly notify the admin for the payment.
  3. Now, sellers can set a minimum quantity of stock on which they will get a notification about stock & inventory.
  4. Navigate to the “Sales” tab to manage orders and payments. Under Orders, sellers can check their pending orders and ship them.
  5. Seller can approve orders of only their products in bulk and validate them.
  6. Click on the “Payment request” tab to request Admin for payments.
  7. You can manage the products by clicking on the “Products” tab
  8. Inventory Requests: Navigate to the “Inventory” tab, Seller can request admin to update the inventory.
  9. The seller can manage inventory, delivery orders, and stock moves.
NOTE: If you are using the enterprise edition then Odoo will consider sellers as a internal user, so the cost of extra users will be added in your license cost.

Yes, the Multivendor marketplace supports Multilingual functionality .


With our Odoo Multi Vendor Marketplace , the sellers have access to create and publish products from their own Odoo backend. On the front end of the website, sellers can view all the products from various sellers.


Yes, the seller shops are visible on the website’s front end. There is no separate domain for the sellers, but they will have their own profiles and shops.


When a customer places an order, then the admin generates the sales order and once the invoice is paid, the admin is eligible for the commission and the rest of the payment goes to the seller (Split payment with the integration of payment gateway). The products are shipped by sellers only.


Yes, in our module admin can upload mass products at a time. Moreover, the admin can also unpublish bulk products.


Since sellers hold limited access to the backend so they are counted as internal users as of now.


Yes, now you can add videos along with product images on the product page.


In our multi-vendor marketplace, discounts are created via the pricelist. Admin has access to create pricelist and sellers can use them to apply to their own products.


Our module supports Multi websites and you do not have to enable the marketplace option for each website.

We have an option in our module for automatic approval of the seller, products, and their quantity. To enable auto-approval settings, go to General settings>>Marketplace. Visit: https://prnt.sc/I2JAqjgq0Ucg.


With our marketplace, the seller will get a mail notification when product inventory reaches the specified threshold Inventory (need to set threshold inventory limit).
