Auto Recurring Customer Invoices Odoo App helps users set up automatic invoicing for regular customers or clients. This means that you won’t have to manually create invoices each time you need to bill a customer. Instead, the app will automatically generate invoices at specified intervals, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
Auto Recurring Invoices
User can auto-recurrent invoices on certain periods for regular customers.
Recurring Invoice Configuration
User can configure recurring intervals number and type.
Recurring Invoice
On the invoice form view, user can see the “Recurring Invoice” menu under the “Action” button.
Confirm Recurring Process
On the recurring invoice wizard user can set the “Start Date” for the invoice recurring process, and “Interval Type” as Days, weeks, or Months. User can set “Number of Recurring Invoice” and “Recurring Invoice Interval” so an invoice will be created for the configured number of times with entered number and interval type.
User need to click “CONFIRM RECURRING PROCESS” button.
Recurring Invoice Menu
User can see all created invoice recurring processes for invoices under the “Recurring Invoices” menu.
User can see scheduled recurring invoices based on the configuration on the recurring process with intervals.
Automated Action
User can see automated action to automatically recurring invoices on interval.
User can see automatically generated recurring invoice.
