The Employee PIN Protection module enhances security in your Odoo POS by requiring employees to enter a PIN before removing any product or canceling an order. This feature ensures that only authorized personnel can make significant changes to transactions, safeguarding your business from unauthorized actions. When an employee attempts to remove a product or cancel an order, a prompt will appear requesting the correct employee PIN. If the PIN is entered correctly, the action will proceed; otherwise, it will be denied, maintaining the integrity of your sales process.

Enable Loging with Employees and add employee
  • After set employee pin,go to pos setting and add employee
  • Not Found
    Remove Product Or Decrease the quantity
  • If you remove the product and Decrease the quantity : you will need to enter your PIN in a popup to remove the product or decrease the quantity.

  • Click on the cancel button : you will need to enter your PIN in a popup to cancel the order.
