POS Custom Access Pin

Empower sellers with PIN protection for secure item removal and order cancellations!!

The Employee PIN Protection module enhances security in your Odoo POS by requiring employees to enter a PIN before removing any product or canceling an order. This feature ensures that only authorized personnel can make significant changes to transactions, safeguarding your business from unauthorized actions. When an employee attempts to remove a product or cancel an order, a prompt will appear requesting the correct employee PIN. If the PIN is entered correctly, the action will proceed; otherwise, it will be denied, maintaining the integrity of your sales process.

Set Employee Pos Pin

Enable Loging with Employees and add employee

After set employee pin,go to pos setting and add employee

Remove Product Or Decrease the quantity

If you remove the product and Decrease the quantity : you will need to enter your PIN in a popup to remove the product or decrease the quantity.

Cancle Order

Click on the cancel button : you will need to enter your PIN in a popup to cancel the order.
